Will I be charged for files that failed to process?

In most cases, no.

If a file cannot be processed due to a technical issue on our side, or if the uploaded audio contains no speech (for example, if it is empty or silent), the used credits are automatically refunded to your account. Our system is designed to detect such cases and credit them back without you having to do anything.

If something unexpected happens and credits were not refunded automatically, please contact our support team and let us know what occurred. We believe in fair billing: If files could not be processed properly, we will review the case and make it right with a credit or another appropriate solution.
