What security standards are guaranteed for my data?

We prioritize data protection. Uploaded audio and script files are exclusively used for automated editing and proofing of the audio files and not for training or developing other systems, generative AI, or machine learning. Our servers meet current security and privacy standards (e.g., GDPR) and are protected by technical and organizational measures like encryption and access restrictions.

We only store your data as long as necessary for processing and your intended use. Unauthorized third parties cannot access your files. In case of technical issues, our support team may access relevant data to resolve problems quickly, ensuring confidentiality.

Uploaded audio and script files are stored only for as long as needed to complete processing and for users to access their results within Narrafix Studio. There is no automatic deletion, but you can delete your files at any given time in your account and it will be immediately removed from all our systems and third-party-providers with no option to recover. Also you can request permanent deletion of your files or account data at any time via info@narrafix.audio. Once your user relationship ends or you request deletion, all related data is removed unless legal retention obligations apply.

All retained data remains encrypted at rest and in transit throughout its lifecycle. This aligns perfectly with the statements in Narrafix’s privacy policy that specify:

• data is stored only as long as necessary for the stated purposes,
• users can permanently deletion anytime, and
• deletion occurs after the end of the user relationship if no legal retention periods apply.
